What is Good Food Month?
Good Food Month has established itself as Australia’s leading national food festival.
But it’s more than just about delivering good food. We create unforgettable experiences that leave lasting memories.
With 1 million attendees each year, hundreds of curated events starring chefs setting the biggest trends in Australia, the month is about delighting, inspiring and transporting our audiences out of their everyday. Good Food Month returns to Brisbane in July 2020, celebrating the very best of the Brisbane food scene.

Does it cost to register?
No

What type of event can I register?
We invite you to submit an application for Friends of Good Food Month Brisbane that you feel best represents the vibrancy of the Brisbane dining scene. Please create a unique event within your restaurant which fits the following criteria:
Interesting one-off experiences such as chef collaborations, kitchen takeovers or bespoke services (i.e. a brunch or supper offering)
Events that celebrate holidays, tributes, charity partnerships, masterclasses, celebrity encounters
New and exciting events that best showcase kitchen, wine / bar and service talents of your restaurant
Events that emphasize diversity and sustainability

What are the marketing benefits?
-Social media post inclusion* (at least 1) with links to restaurant handles or hashtags, where relevant. These must be supplied to Nine Food Events to ensure accurate tagging
-Dedicated event page on goodfoodmonth.com.au with link to restaurant website, within the Friends of Good Food Month event series page
-Featured within dedicated PR campaign for the event**

When do registrations close?
Registrations close 16 April 2020. If you can’t register by this date, please get in touch with us at foodandwineevents@fairfaxmedia.com.au

How does ticketing and reservations work?
This is completely up to you! Your listing on the Good Food Month website will have links that will take customers back to your website and or bookings page. Customers will then book or reserve directly with you.

Do I have to use partner beverages?
No. You are welcome to use any beverage products of your choice for your event – we are just unable to mention the name of that brand on our website due to partner conflict.

What if my menu isn’t finalised?
Please ensure all event details are confirmed in your application including your menu before submitting it to be considered for Good Food Month.
What if I need to update my event details after the final submission?
Please advise us of any updates or changes to your event details as soon as possible. Please note any updates you require to your webpage and event listing will be made on a weekly basis, therefore please allow up to 5 business days for your change to be made.
