The event is located in Palm Circle the closest entrance is just off the intersection of Albert and Alice Street.

Why do I need a ticket for the Night Noodle Markets?

Entry is free however, all attendees must book a free ticket online to attend the Night Noodle Markets.  Please book your ticket ahead of time for a faster entry into the event. You can get your tickets at the gates as well. Entry to the Night Noodle markets is subject to site capacity.

Where can I find the Night Noodle Markets menus?

All of our delicious stallholder menus will be announced in the lead up to the event.  

Can I pay with cash at the event?

The Night Noodle Markets are a cash-free event and Mr Yum our online ordering partner is the preferred method of payment.

Is this a dog-friendly event?

The Night Noodle Markets are dog-friendly. We do ask, however, that if you bring your four-legged friends along to the event, you ensure they are kept on a leash. Please also be mindful that there are large crowds at the event, which pets may find stressful. Please ensure you look after your pooch and if crowds aren’t their thing, maybe leave them at home with a doggy treat.

 Can I walk or ride to the event?

If you feel like taking in the sights around you, the Brisbane Night Noodle Markets can be reached on foot or by bike. Bike racks are available at various locations around Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. You can walk into the gardens from:

  • the Parliament House entrance (George Street)
  • Alice Street, at the intersection of Edward Street, and at the Albert Street intersection
  • the Goodwill Bridge.

Are there public transport services to the event?

There are a variety of public transport and alternative transport options available. South Bank train station is one of the most convenient opinions being only a short walk over Goodwill Bridge from the gardens.

Other alternatives for travelling across the river include The CityCat and City Hopper Ferry which can be caught to QUT Gardens Point ferry terminal. There is also a free Loop bus service that stops on Alice Street and George Street. Which can be caught from a number of locations including Central Station.

Brisbane City Council also encourages the use of e-bikes and e-scooters as a convenient and environmentally friendly mode of transportation. Where can I park?

There is limited street parking in the surrounding streets around the venue. QUT offers paid parking to staff, students and the general public. Various parking stations can be found along Margaret Street, one block away from the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens and Night Noodle Markets entrance. Fees may apply.

Are there disability access points?  

Disabled access is available at each gate of the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, except the Parliament House entrance. Disabled car parking is available just inside the Edward Street gate and behind The Gardens Club (entry via Gardens Point Road).  There is only one main entrance to the Night Noodle Markets event itself.

What facilities are available at the Brisbane Night Noodle Markets? 

Toilet facilities inclusive of disability access will be available during the event.

There will be a limited number of table and chair seating available, therefore it is recommended for attendees to bring their own picnic blankets. 

Free water will be available at the event, attendees are encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
