Bradley Clarke – Pilot

Bradley Clarke’s passion for food was ignited from a young age growing up gardening and cooking with his grandparents.

He took this appreciation for fresh produce, simple ingredients and exceptional flavour to kick start his career, without any formal schooling. After starting an apprenticeship at Highroad Cafe, he gained hands on experience and training in numerous notable restaurants. Bradley is now working at Pilot and is involved in various exciting pop up ventures collaborating with Babyface Kitchen, Shobosho and Manze.
