Bryce Mason – Rebel Rebel

Bryce Mason is a self proclaimed “cooking nerd”.

He started his career under Sean McConnell at Monster Kitchen & Bar followed by a stint with Dave Campbell at Hungry Duck and Wharf Road Restaurant. He kept his head down and refined his skills while his passion for the industry started to burn from within.

He credits both McConnell and Campbell for putting him onto the right path leading him to become the exceptional and inspired young chef he is today. Bryce appreciates the other side of the restaurant industry as well – being a keen supporter and diner at restaurants such as Sepia, Yellow, Ester and Biota Dining. Bryce has now moved back to Canberra to support McConnell on his latest adventure, Rebel Rebel.
