Callum Snares

Callum Snares started his journey in hospitality as a barista working at the Packing Shed in Bickley. After taking an interest in the kitchen, he quickly moved into an apprenticeship with the team at Gordon Street Garage. From here, Callum joined the team at Northbridge’s Shadow Wine bar in December 2020 as a Chef de partie where his strong interest in modern Australian and European cuisine complements Anthony Yuill’s new vision for Shadow Wine Bar’s menu.

Callum has proven to have strong interest in great food and great wine, showcasing the ability to establish himself as a major component to ensuring the running of the Northbridge institute.
