Chef Andy Burns of Wollongong’s Babyface is coming to Canberra for one dinner and one lunch to collaborate with Pilot’s chef Malcolm Hanslow. Don’t wait to book this one, food lovers – this is a very rare opportunity indeed.

When Pilot opened, Canberra got excited. Chef Hanslow, who was short-listed as one of the Josephine Pignolet Young Chefs of the Year, brings his skills from working at hatted restaurants such as Oscillate Wildly, Ester and Automata to this slick venue. On a recent review of Pilot, a Good Food reviewer gave the restaurant a score of 16 out of 20, saying normally they don’t score that high on a first visit but it was too hard not to.
Together, these two chefs are set to create a feast sensation like no other.
