Set among Autumn vines join us for a long table dinner showcasing the culinary talents of QT Canberra’s Capitol Bar & Grill. Executive chef Josh Smith-Thirkell will showcase a signature feast style spread prepared in Four Wind’s enchanting Murrumbateman vineyard.

As part of Good Food Month this event is designed as an interactive dining experience, dishes will be grilled on open wood fire pits and served down a long table in the vines. The feasting will be built to share and paired with delectable drops from the cellar door.

In a celebration of the senses expect exquisite seafood, Capitol’s famous premium cuts grilled on wood fire, fresh sides and of course unforgettable Italian inspired desserts.
