Clove Lane | Paul Bocuse Tribute Dinner – 50% of Proceeds to Camp Quality
A five-course shared ‘feed me’ degustation dinner. The menu has been developed in collaboration between resident chef/owner Emile Avramides and guest chef Matthew Butcher. Dishes will pay tribute to the late Paul Bocuse in the style “nouvelle cuisine” – championing fresh ingredients of the highest quality.
Half the proceeds from ticket sales will go to Matt Butcher’s charity of choice – Camp Quality.
