Daana | Cooking Masterclass with Chef of the Year ACT 2020, Chef Sanjay
Get set to be schooled in the best way possible at this intimate masterclass with Daana’s chef Sanjay, awarded ACT Chef of the Year 2020 by the Restaurant & Catering Association of Australia.
At this special one-off event for Good Food Month, Sanjay will teach his students about the qualities of spices and how to extract their optimal flavour, whilst guiding them through the preparation of some of Daana’s signature dishes.
