Pair your skewer with an Eastside Old Fashioned – a cocktail created exclusively for Good Food Month. Eastside’s bourbon is infused with Mayura Station Wagyu beef fat, injecting the spirit with a buttery flavour that rounds out the depth of flavour combinations in the cocktail. Cheers to that!
