Esteban Restaurant & Bar | Butcher’s Dinner Series Featuring Tequila Fortaleza

This January join Esteban for a spectacular one-off set menu showcasing their favourite premium cuts paired with a specially curated cocktail list, built around the small-batch Tequila brand, Fortaleza, an artisan hand-crafted, stone-crushed tequila produced by Guillermo Erickson Sauza.

Joined on the floor by Andrews Meats guests will have the opportunity to talk to their hosts about the produce on their plate. With Tequila expert, Shayne Silver from Vanguard spirits, you’ll be guided through the 4 course beverage list where each bespoke cocktail will be served with a tasting nip of each base Tequila – Blanco, Reposado and Anejo.

This bespoke set menu has been especially designed for the occasion by Exec Chef – John Frid, and Atticus Hospitality group bartender – Mark Crawford.
