Sitting oceanside on a warm summer night has never looked better. Enjoy the sensory journey of salt, smoke, and wood with a Baja Margarita & Tostada Bar pop-up at Harbord Hotel, every day in January as part of Good Food Month.
Head Chef Adam Rust has created a delectable menu of five different tostadas to try, inspired by the iconic surf trip from Malibu to Mexico, which samples the best local seafood and produce inspired by the tastes of the Baja Coastline. Hang out with us in the courtyard and enjoy a tostada menu ranging from raw tuna, crispy prawn & mango, achiote chicken and lobster. As well as a vegan tostada option of tomato and avocado with slaw and charred corn. All our tostadas are gluten free.
Harbord Hotel’s Margarita Bar will feature nine margaritas from Classic ($18), to Spicy Marg ($18) as well as house signatures such as the Sandbar Shakedown ($19) and Ritaz Razzmatazz ($19). For the very first time, we have partnered with our friends at Gelato Messina to bring you three very special Harbord Hotel x Messina Margaritas. The Classico ($21) features a special Messina Lime Sorbet, Blanco Tequila, agave, and sea salt. The Salted Mango Coconut ($22) with Messina’s salted mango coconut sorbet, Reposado Tequila, lime juice, and coconut flakes as well as the Blood Orange Anejo ($22) with Messina blood orange sorbet, Anejo Tequila, mezcal mist, and fresh orange.
