Les Bistronomes | French Mushroom Celebration
Chef Clément Chauvin of Les Bistronomes has created a six-course set menu exclusively for Good Food Month, dedicated to celebrating the flavours of French mushrooms.
Each course will showcase a different variety of mushroom and will come with a full description of textures, aroma and locale of the internationally-sourced fungi.
Experience a full French affair with matched French wines for an additional $50 per person.
