Head Chefs Andreas Papadakis (Tipo 00, Melbourne), Mitch Orr (ACME, Sydney), and Joel Valvasori-Pereza (Lulu La Delizia, Perth) have some of the most successful and awarded venues in Australia, and all with Italian-centric menus.
Join them for a once in a lifetime get-together, where three masters from three different states come together in one kitchen to share their love of pasta. Between the three chefs, you’ll taste old world tradition and knowledge, new world techniques, and a collective passion for everyone’s favourite cuisine.
Each Chef will be bring their best as they serve up an indulgent four course dinner of their freshest pasta. Each decadent course will be will be introduced by the Chef, and served with a matching glass of equally delicious wine from the Brand’s Laira wine portfolio.
