Free-range chicken malai tikka, cooked on coals with lime pickle butter & Mother’s recipe chlorophyll chutney.

Flinders Island lamb & green pea keema with Burnham bakeries freshly stone baked naan bread & cucumber raita.

Dessert
Cinnamon sugar donuts with chai Mascarpone.

Matched with beer and wines hand selected by our Vue group head sommelier, Carlos Simoes.
