In celebration of Good Food Month, Pilot will be opening for lunch on Fridays throughout March. 

Enjoy a specially curated four course menu, or indulge a little ahead of the weekend with an elegant eight course menu.

Pineapple sorbet, tepache granita, kaffir lime marshmallow + marigold petals

 

Supreme Soy chicken + wing

Bannockburn chicken served two ways: breast steamed on the crown, served with miso creamed corn, supreme soy,  fried leek + wings stuffed with kimchi fried rice glazed in gochujang
