Roasted cauliflower & hand-picked crab meat salad – extra olive virgin oil roasted cauliflower florets, mesclun lettuce, shaved red onions, baby capers, orange segment’s, vinaigrette, toasted almond flakes.
Pork belly caesar – slow cooked pulled pork, baby cos lettuce, green apple, celery, dried cranberries, honey mustard mayo, grated boiled egg, chopped walnuts.
Peking duck salad – sliced Peking duck, iceberg and radicchio lettuce, Vietnamese herbs, capsicum, fragrant asian peanut pesto.
Seaweed and mussel arancini – burned tahini aioli, escabeche spanish onion & mussel meat.

Seared black angus beef rump – herb marinated, creamed potato mash, Shiraz swiss brown mushroom sauce, chipotle & garlic butter.
