Saddles at Mount White | Lunch with Mark Olive

The Saddles team are excited to welcome Indigenous chef, Mark Olive who has curated along with Saddles executive chef, Cameron Cansdell and head chef, Ricky Firth, a spectacular three-course lunch inspired by all that is Australiana.

The all-Australian menu will feature native ingredients and showcase Indigenous cooking techniques.
