Shannon is in the kitchen – just for Good Food Month! He’ll be working alongside James Cornwall to share his passion for cooking in his seafood concept restaurant, Seafood By Vue, Iki-jime. Shannon will be creating a seafood-centric menu of 4 dishes that inspire him as a chef, with his signature sweet souffle to finish.
