Join guest chef Lennox Hastie, of Sydney’s two-hatted Citibank Dining Program restaurant Firedoor, for a five-course Wild Harvest Feast. Clear your calendar on Saturday, 5 October, and prepare to head to New South Wales’ picturesque Southern Highlands. With Hastie at the helm, expect more than a dinner cooked with fire – this is a dinner where the guests get front seats to watch all the action.
This will be a feast to remember, complete with locally farmed and freshly foraged wild harvest produce. All your senses will be indulged while you relax on the banks of the Southern Highlands’ Wingecarribee River. Each course will be matched with award-winning cool-climate local wines, and guests will enjoy an acoustic musical performance.
And in true WILDfest style, it’s Top Hat and Tails for the men, and Tiaras and Gloves for the ladies, which will be supplied at the venue.
