St Jude Cafe | Lobster Roll Summer
When Good Food Month is smack bang in the middle of summer, there’s only one culinary way to celebrate: with Maine-style lobster rolls. Pull-up a pew at one of Sydney’s favourite cafes, leafy St Jude nestled amongst the trees on Bourke St, and grab yourself this Good Food Month special; Lobster tail with herb and lime mayo, cucumber, cos lettuce, furikake on a soft Brasserie Bread milk roll, served with a side of crispy shoestring fries. And at $24 a serve, there’s change left over for a glass of natty wine.
St Jude is one of Sydney’s most iconic cafes and has been piously answering Sydney’s prayers for crakin’ coffee and great brekkie/brunch/lunch for 10 years. She recently had a glow-up inside the cafe, as well as vibrant alfresco seating added outside. St Jude is open 7 days a week from 7am to 3pm and is perched on the leafy corner of Bourke and Thurlow streets.
