Join us as we host a very special, unique and exquisitely Australian long table Gin Dinner at everyone’s favourite ginspirational venue, The Flour Factory.
We’ll be opening up our top floor space to showcase four of Australia’s most refined gin distilleries; Adelaide Hills, Four Pillars, Archie Rose and High Spirits – with each beautiful spirit paired with delicious plates from our award-wining kitchen.
This is of course the perfect opportunity to introduce The Flour Factory’s new Head Chef, Charlie Vargas. Charlie prides himself on being innovative and forward-thinking in his dishes – in particular, the practice of sustainable local produce and foraged ingredients. Fusing together his exceptional talent with some of Australia’s best-known gins means this dinner is set to be a real celebration of the unique flavours of Western Australia.
