Good Weekend’s The Quiz trivia masters have teamed up with Good Food’s restaurant critics to present The Good Weekend Quiz: Live at The Boat House. The Good Food Special Edition is designed to test your knowledge of food, drinks and Australia’s dining history.

Where will we host this all-food-focused quiz? Forget the local pub! Good Food Month is bringing Rockpool Bar & Grill Executive Chef, Corey Costelloe, to lake-side paradise, The Boat House. You and your team will graze on Corey’s phenomenal snacks before indulging in a main meal that’s so good, even Parliament will have to take recess.

All questions in the Good Weekend Quiz: Live will be food-themed, so put your money where your mouth is! Which city has the most Michelin-starred restaurants? Is omakase a village or something you eat? Which legendary Australian chef published a book in 1996 that has sold more than half a million copies? There will be multiple rounds plus bonus what/who-am-I questions, and a taste-test competition to test your taste buds.  The winning tables will walk away with prizes as well as bragging rights for the rest of the year.

We have implemented appropriate COVID Safe procedures with a view to mitigating the risk of COVID transmission and to allow our guests to comfortably enjoy our dining experiences. In order to adhere to social distancing regulations in line with venue capacity limits, tickets for this Good Food Month feature event are available to purchase in groups of 6 or 8, with no shared tables between mixed parties. Table configurations are limited so all tickets must be purchased together at the time of booking, to ensure you are seated together with your friends and family.
If you have been unwell, recently returned from overseas or unsure if you have recently visited a COVID-19 hotspot, please email us foodandwineevents@publishing.nine.com.au prior to purchasing event tickets.

IMPORTANT EVENT ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

In order to implement social distancing upon arrival and avoid unnecessary congregation of guests at the venue, we will allocate each party a specific arrival time. This will be emailed to guests prior to the event. We ask that you ensure everyone in your party arrives at the allocated time, and you avoid arriving early or late where possible.
The allocated arrival times allow for guests to, sanitize before entry and check in. Please do not print out your tickets, staff will check you into the event using the name used at the time of booking.
Upon arrival at the venue all guests will need to check-in via the ‘Check In CBR’ app.  Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or any patrons who fail to comply with the conditions of entry. Please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is in quarantine and awaiting test results.

A card payment processing fee of 0.50% + $0.12 per transaction and a Roller ticket administration fee of 1.5% per transaction + $1.00 per ticket, will be payable on each booking (inclusive of GST). This will be displayed as ‘transaction fee’ upon checkout.

We only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards for credit and debit card purchases. No other card types will be accepted for payment.
