Indulge in a divine four course dinner celebrating all things pork this October, as part of The Milan Cricket Club steakhouse pop-up in Nino Zoccali’s La Rosa The Strand.

Renowned chef and Sepia and Ledbury alumni, Nicholas Hill joins long-term chef friend turned butcher, Michael Robinson of Hungerford Meat Co, for a night focusing on nose-to-tail pork dishes.

Enjoy Hill’s unique take on Anglo-European classics, loved by Sydneysiders during Hill’s time at The Old Fitz Hotel, from crispy pigs tails with Oxford Sauce, to a pig’s head schnitzel sandwich with dill mustard and pickles, and roasted dry aged prime pork cuts.
