Good Food Month presented by Citi has gathered three chefs who worked together at Brent Savage’s elite Bentley Restaurant Group (currently sitting on seven Chef’s Hats across the portfolio) for what has to be the world’s most delicious reunion ever! Join Adam Wolfers from Gerard’s Bistro (one Chef’s Hat), Labart’s Alex Munoz (one Chef’s Hat) and Louis Tikaram at his restaurant, Stanley, where they’ll put their heads together for a super menu celebrating their roots.

Expect culinary excellence over this multi-course culturally diverse feast, served with wine and beer. Louis, winner of The Sydney Morning Herald‘s 2014 Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year award, will bring inspiration from his tenures at Sydney south east Asian institution Longrain, legendary Japanese-inspired fine diner Tetsuya’s (with a staggering 76 Chef’s Hats since opening in 1992) and Savage’s groundbreaking Bentley restaurant (two Chef’s Hats). Adam will showcase his knowledge from his time at Wylie Dufresne’s Michelin-starred wd~50 in New York, three Michelin star Quique Dacosta Restaurante (Spain), and his successful pop-up Ételek, held in venues such as Ester, Lee Ho Fook, Paperbark and Sunda. Alex spent 10 years running some of Sydney’s best restaurants  under Mark Best and Brent Savage, including heading up the kitchens at Monopole (two Chef’s Hats) and Cirrus Dining (one Chef’s Hat).

In order to adhere to social distancing regulations in line with venue capacity limits, tickets for Good Food Month feature events are available to purchase in groups of 2, 4, 6 or 10 with no shared tables between mixed parties. Table configurations are limited so all tickets must be purchased together at the time of booking, to ensure you are seated together with your friends and family.

IMPORTANT EVENT ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

In order to implement social distancing upon arrival and avoid unnecessary congregation of guests at the venue, we will allocate each party a specific arrival time. This will be emailed to guests prior to the event. We ask that you ensure everyone in your party arrives at the allocated time, and you avoid arriving early or late where possible.

The allocated arrival times allow for guests to sanitize before entry and check in. Please do not print out your tickets, staff will check you into the event using the name used at the time of booking.

We are required by Queensland Health to ask any patron questions about their current health condition prior to entry. Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or any patrons who fail to comply with the conditions of entry. Please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is in quarantine and awaiting test results.
