WaazWaan | Tastes of Kashmir
WaazWaan focuses on the Kashmiri culture of the WaazWaan – when a Kashmiri chef and his team of 10 chefs prepare a feast of 25 – 36 dishes for guests. They start cooking at midnight the night before and cook all the way through to the next day. When guests arrive they sit in groups of four and are served one dish at a time personally by the chef.
