They are the future Marco Pierre Whites and Stephanie Alexanders; the up and coming generation of talented young chefs – and it’s their time to get the spotlight. Join James Higgs from Lulu La Delizia, Jason Scott from Millbrook Winery and Liam Davidson from Bread in Common as they take over the hatted kitchen at Bread in Common and prepare an impeccable three-course dinner with matched wines, under the guidance of head chef Scott Brannigan.

A favourite event during Good Food Month, the atmosphere is always alive with joy and anticipation as the unsung heroes of Perth’s top restaurants get their moment in the sun. You’ll be astounded at the level of skill these young professionals exact.
