This year for Sydney’s Young Chefs Lunch presented by Citi, we are celebrating with a pasta party! We asked the best chefs in the country to nominate the hottest up and coming young chefs as Good Food Month is committed to shining a spotlight on the most exciting rising talent in kitchens today. What better way to showcase these superstars than to host their event in Sydney institution – the modern Italian hatted restaurant OTTO.
They are the future Marco Pierre Whites and Stephanie Alexanders; the up and coming generation of talented young chefs. Introducing Simon Drolz-Cox of 10 William Street, Diego Paladina of Osteria Coogee, Tommy Barreault of Melbourne’s Tipo 00 and Kai Luo of OTTO. Under the guidance of OTTO head chef, Richard Ptacnik, these rising stars will prepare an exquisite four-course pasta lunch, served with wine and beer at this special Good Food Month event. Prepare to be blown away by their fresh approach to food, produce and execution.
