They are the future Marco Pierre Whites and Stephanie Alexanders; the up and coming generation of talented young chefs, and it’s their time to get the spotlight. Join four of the hottest rising chefs from Canberra’s top restaurants as they take over the kitchen.

Enjoy an impressive and irresistible four-course lunch with matched wines as these four talented young chefs plate up their very best culinary creations. Overseeing every detail is head chef and owner Ben Willis, of the two Chef’s Hat restaurant Aubergine.

We are pleased to announce that the lineup of talented Young Chefs for this incredible event will be: Aubergine’s own Sun Hwa Jang, Barry Burger from new favourite, Pilot, innovative South East Asian restaurant, XO’s Noora Heiska, and Eddie Tsai from fine dining stalwart, The Boathouse. Entry will not be permitted to guests under 18 years of age.

Attendees must carry with them valid photo ID as proof of age and will be required to present this upon entry.
