Young George | WA Good Food Guide Spring ABCs Dining Series ‘L’ Dinner

Join a celebration with WAGFG Chef of the Year, Melissa Palinkas at Young George this Good Food Month. At this “L”-themed dinner, you can indulge in Leeuwin Coast mussels with torched lardo and langos bread; poached lobster with leek noodles; lamb braised in lager masterstock and Linley Valley Pork shoulder with loquat jam and crackling.

The night will start with a flurry of snacks: fried Leeuwin Coast Akoya oyster po’ boys; lamb tartare with mountain pepper and lavosh; langoustine brightened with lemon; before moving onto an extravagant multi-course offer.
