Sydney Good Food Month presented by Citi celebrates 20 years of unforgettable food events this October. The flavour-packed, talent-filled program shines a light on the influential chefs and restaurants that have helped shape Australia’s culinary landscape and the talent that will define its bright and exciting future.
October will see the return of Hyde Park Palms, Good Food Month’s inspiring and vibrant pop-up restaurant, in the heart of Hyde Park North. From 4-21 October, the custom-made Palm Springs-inspired restaurant will play host to conversations with Australian culinary masters Neil Perry, Bill Granger, Christine Manfield, Stephanie Alexander and Ross Lusted, dinners with hotly-tipped international talent Jason Neroni (L.A.), pumping 90s and noughties lunches with Andy Bowdy, Victor Liong, Mitch Orr and Kate Reid, a celebration of Australia’s women of culinary influence, flavour-packed pasta battle, and a vegan Italian feast. All events at Hyde Park Palms have now sold out.
In addition to Hyde Park Palms, Sydney will come to life with dozens of events running throughout the month of October. Let’s Do Lunch presented by Peter Lehmann Wines serves up Sydney’s best lunch experiences exclusively at Good Food Guide Hatted restaurants. Friends of Good Food Month is an exciting event series where leading restaurants are invited to curate and host their unique experiences to showcase their culinary excellence.
The ever-anticipated Night Noodle Markets return to Hyde Park from October 4-21, setting Sydney alight with the smells, sights and sounds of 40 sizzling stalls.
