Huge sucess for Perth’s Young Chefs Lunch


Congratulations to Jayden Baggett (The Shorehouse), Benn Rowe (Rockpool), Amanda Yong (Wildflower) and Luke Foyle (Lulu la Delizia) who served up a course each as part of a spectacular menu featuring 6 courses plus matched wines at this years Perth’s Young Chef’s Lunch.

The menu featured Blue swimmer crab, miso cream, yuzu, masa cracker from Jayden Baggett, Fremantle octopus, Kimchi & sesame ssam from Benn Rowe, Veal tongue brodo, gnocchi di pane, pickled mushrooms from Luke Foyle – Lulu la Delizia and more. Plus, Brand’s Laira’s finest wines to match.
