As the first three-hatted restaurant in Brisbane (2012 Queensland Good Food Guide), Esquire stands as a testament to pushing culinary boundaries. Esquire has collected three hats for four years running as of 2016, at the Brisbane Times Good Food Guide awards (earning it the title as Queensland’s highest rating restaurant).

Hailing from a restaurant with such a legacy, Callum Decosta will no doubt channel the same flair for polished, contemporary Australian cuisine at the Young Chefs Lunch.

Urbane & The Euro are the sibling restaurants that do it all, from fine dining to bistro, bar cuisine to urban garden. The restaurants focus on unpretentious dining and an utmost importance placed on high quality food and service, with Urbane becoming the second Brisbane restaurant to earn a coveted three hat rating at the Brisbane Times Good Food Guide Awards 2017.

Urbane & The Euro will be represented at the Young Chefs Lunch this year, with Josh Raine leading the charge.

Stay tuned – two young chefs are still to be announced.
